Prohibition on Government Contracts. The Contractor/Vendor shall comply with all applicable provisions of Public Law 110-174 – Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007, as amended and Public Law 104-172 - Iran Sanctions Act of 1996, as amended. Contractor/Vendor further agrees that they shall not have any scrutinized business operations in Sudan and/or Iran.
