Prohibition on Marshalling, Etc. (a) Until the Discharge of Priority Lien Obligations, the Second Lien Collateral Trustee will not assert any marshalling, appraisal, valuation, or other similar right that may otherwise be available to such Second Lien Collateral Trustee, for itself, or as a representative of another Person. (b) Until the Discharge of Priority Lien Obligations and the Discharge of Second Lien Obligations, the Third Lien Collateral Trustee will not assert any marshalling, appraisal, valuation, or other similar right that may otherwise be available to such Third Lien Collateral Trustee, for itself, or as a representative of another Person.
