Common use of Prohibition on Recordation/Covenant of Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Prohibition on Recordation/Covenant of Disclosure. (a) Operator hereby covenants and agrees that it shall take no action, nor authorize or suffer any one to take any action, the result of which would be to cause this Agreement, or a memorandum thereof, to be filed of record against the realty of the Complex. This covenant prohibiting recordation shall not apply to the filing of a judgment lien by reason of an action or cause of action arising from this Agreement or the breach thereof.
