Prohibition on Unauthorized Use or Disclosure of District Information. Contractor agrees to hold District Information in strict confidence. Contractor shall not use or disclose District Information received from, or on behalf of, District, except as permitted or required by the Agreement, or as required by law. Contractor agrees that it will protect the District Information it receives from, or on behalf of, District, according to commercially acceptable standards and no less rigorously than it protects its own confidential information.
