Prohibition on Unauthorized Use or Disclosure. Business Associate will neither use nor disclose PHI it creates or receives for or from Recipient, its Subsidiaries, or from another business associate of Recipient or its Subsidiaries, except as permitted or required by this Addendum or the Agreement that are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Addendum, or as required by law, or following receipt of prior written approval from whichever of the Recipient or its Subsidiary for which the relevant PHI was created or from which the relevant PHI was received.
