Prohibition Re Partition. Each of the parties hereto does hereby permanently waive and relinquish any and all rights it may have to cause the assets of the Partnership to be partitioned, it being the intention of the parties to prohibit any parties hereto from bringing a suit for partition against the other parties hereto.
