Prohibitions on Commencement of Certain Enforcement Actions. Until all of the Senior Debt shall have been paid in full, the Subordinated Creditors shall not at any time commence or institute, or join with any other Person or Persons in commencing or instituting, any Enforcement Action of any kind against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or against any of the Property of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with respect to any Subordinated Debt.
