Prohibitions on Impairing Value. Purchaser shall not take any action or suffer any omission at the Site that would have the effect of impairing the value to System Owner of the Environmental Financial Incentives. Purchaser shall be solely responsible for notifying System Owner of any action or omission that could impair such value and for consulting with System Owner as necessary to prevent impairment of the value of the Environmental Financial Incentives. System Owner shall likewise not take any action or suffer any omission that would have the effect of impairing the value to the Purchaser of the Green Attributes, including the RECs. System Owner shall be solely responsible for notifying Purchaser of any action or omission that could impair such value and for consulting with Purchaser as necessary to prevent impairment of the value of the Green Attributes.
ARTICLE 7 PURCHASE PRICE, INVOICING AND PAYMENT

(a) Host Customer shall not take any action or suffer any omission at the Site that would have the effect of impairing the value of the Environmental Financial Incentives or Output. Host Customer shall be responsible for notifying System Owner of any action or omission with respect to Host Customer, the Premises and/or the Host Utility that could impair such value and for consulting with System Owner as necessary to prevent impairment of the value of the Environmental Financial Incentives or Output.
