Prohibitions Regarding Minors. (a) The Tribe shall prohibit persons under the age of eighteen (18) years to be present in any room or area in which Gaming Activities are being conducted unless the person is en route to a non-gaming area of the Gaming Facility. (b) If the Tribe permits the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the Gaming Facility, the Tribe shall also prohibit persons under the age of twenty-one (21) years from purchasing, consuming, or possessing alcoholic beverages and from being present in any room or area in which alcoholic beverages may be consumed, except to the extent permitted by the State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
