PROHIBITIVE PRACTICES. 23-1 Administrative personnel covered by this Agreement and the Association agree not to utilize the services of any School District administrator during the administrator’s work day or use any School District equipment that will in any way benefit the administrator or the Association personally during the normal work day. 23-2 No services performed for eligible administrative members and the Association shall be paid for by the School District. 23-3 No Association business or activities shall be conducted during the administrator's working hours except as provided in Article 4 and Article 7 of this Agreement. 23-4 Abuses by administrators of these prohibitive practices for personal gain and benefit may be grounds for disciplinary action.
