Representations and Warranties. 13.1 Poskytovatel a hlavní zkoušející prohlašují a zaručují, že dle svého nejlepšího vědomí a svědomí nejsou vázáni žádnou jinou smlouvou, která by jim mohla bránit v uzavření a plnění této smlouvy, byla jím porušena, nebo kterou by v důsledku této smlouvy nesplnili, a že nikdo z nich po dobu platnosti této smlouvy žádnou takovou smlouvu, která by byla s touto smlouvou v konfliktu, neuzavře. 13.1 Institution and Principal Investigator represent and warrant to the best of their knowledge, that the Institution and the Principal Investigator are not bound by any other agreement which could prevent, or be violated by, or under which there would be a default as a result of, the execution and performance of this Agreement, and that each will not enter into any such conflicting agreements during the term of this Agreement.
