Common use of Project Abandonment Clause in Contracts

Project Abandonment. If after repeated attempts to begin, continue, or finalize the delivery of services, Customer fails to participate, or becomes otherwise unresponsive to Company requests for a period of three (3) months, the project may be considered abandoned, and Company may reduce any refund the Customer may otherwise be entitled to hereunder to zero, and Customer will have forfeited all rights to receive any refund for services purchased online or as described in the original Order Form.

Project Abandonment. If after repeated attempts to begin, continue, or finalize the delivery of services, Customer fails to participate, or becomes otherwise unresponsive to Company requests for a period of three (3) months, the project may be considered abandoned, and Company may reduce shall have the right to charge any refund needed amount beyond the initial deposit fee to provide for work performed up to the date of abandonment. Upon the Company deeming the project abandoned, and notifying the Customer may otherwise be entitled of such, Customer agrees to hereunder to zero, and Customer will have forfeited forfeit all rights to receive any refund for services Services purchased online or as described in the original Order Formthis Agreement.

If the Company determines that this Agreement is an Abandoned Account, it will attempt to notify the Customer and may, but is not obligated to, issue a refund, and Company may reduce the amount of any such refund the Customer may otherwise be entitled to hereunder to zero, and Customer will have forfeited all rights to receive compensate itself for any refund for services purchased online or as described in the original Order FormServices it provided under this Agreement.
