Common use of Project Abandonment Clause in Contracts

Should SCPDC abandon development and support of a MyGovernmentOnline module and can no longer fulfill its contractual obligations pursuant to the Intergovernmental Agreement, the last stable source code release of that module will be licensed to Licensee under an open source license agreement such as for instance GNU.
