Project Acceptance. The project budget set forth in this agreement specifies allowable funding for administrative costs, program delivery costs, and/or project costs. The Subrecipient shall not engage in, or in any way commit funding for, through a contract or other mechanism, construction or any other activities that could have an environmental impact or limit the choice of reasonable alternatives to the proposed project (“Restricted Activities”). . Prior to undergoing Environmental Review and receiving Authority to Use Grant Funds (each as defined below), the schedule for a proposed project set forth in Schedule A shall provide, with reasonable specificity, a proposed schedule for the proposed project as well as a description and schedule for activities proposed to be conducted in each phase of the proposed project.
