Project Administration. a. GRANTEE shall provide the STATE a written report showing total final Project expenditures and matching funds upon Project completion or grant expiration, whichever occurs first. XXXXXXX must report to the STATE all sources of other funds for the Project. If this provision is deemed to be violated, the STATE will request an audit of GRANTEE and can delay the disbursement of funds until the matter is resolved. b. GRANTEE shall promptly submit written Project reports as the STATE may request throughout the term of this Agreement. c. GRANTEE shall submit a final accomplishment report, final invoice with associated supporting documentation, and copies of materials developed using GRANT FUNDS, including but not limited to plans, educational materials, etc. within 30 days of Project completion.
