Common use of Project Administration Clause in Contracts

Project Administration. a. GRANTEE shall provide the STATE a written report showing total final Project expenditures and matching funds upon Project completion or grant expiration, whichever occurs first. XXXXXXX must report to the STATE all sources of other funds for the Project. If this provision is deemed to be violated, the STATE will request an audit of GRANTEE and can delay the disbursement of funds until the matter is resolved.
