Project Administrator. A representative of the Trustees designated to act on behalf of the Trustees with respect to the project.
Project Administrator. The Project Administrator shall be responsible for coordinating the work of the CONSULTANT, for providing any necessary information for and direction of the CONSULTANT's work in order to ensure that it meets the requirements of this Agreement, and for reviewing, monitoring and approving the quality and quantity of such work. The CONSULTANT shall report to and take any necessary direction from the Project Administrator.
Project Administrator. No later than thirty (30) days from the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Project Board shall designate the name, address, phone number, fax number and email address of its Project Administrator. The Project Administrator may be changed at any time by the Project Board. The Project Administrator shall act as the Cooperative’s representative with regard to implementation and management of the Project.
Project Administrator. The Department shall designate a project administrator (the “Project Administrator”), who may be replaced at the discretion of the Department. The Project Administrator shall have the authority to act for the Department under this Agreement for any Deliverable(s) initially acquired/installed from the Contractor and such authority shall continue to be in effect throughout the term of this Agreement.
Project Administrator. The Gold Bar Public Works Director shall be responsible for coordinating the work of the CONSULTANT, for providing any necessary information for and direction of the CONSULTANT's work in order to ensure that it meets the requirements of this Agreement, and for reviewing, monitoring and approving the quality and quantity of such work. The CONSULTANT shall report to and take any necessary direction from the Gold Bar Public Works Director.
Project Administrator. Innovex will be responsible for recruitment and re- recruitment of the Innovex Personnel, in accordance with the Innovex 10 step hiring process. CVT will not be involved in the interviewing, selection or hiring of Innovex Personnel.
Project Administrator. (PA): Person responsible for the development of REDCap data instruments and the overall management of the project data.
Project Administrator. 4.1.2.1. The Project Administrator shall be the authority to act for the State under this Agreement, and such authority shall continue to be in effect until successful completion of the Warranty Period and any Maintenance Period. Whenever the State is

4.1.2.3. Any additions to or reductions in the scope of work must be executed according to the provisions of §8.1 of this Agreement entitled “Change Orders”.
Project Administrator. Quintiles will be responsible for recruitment and re-recruitment of the Quintiles Personnel. Discovery will not be involved in the interviewing, selection or hiring of Quintiles Personnel.
Project Administrator. State Farm, with the approval of the Executive Committee, will select a Project Administrator who will coordinate the notification of eligibility for potential compensation, provide notice to the potential claimants and administer the receipt of all claim forms relating to the compensation set forth in Section VI, and the payment of approved claims and the administrative burdens related to the administration of this project. State Farm agrees to bear all costs associated with such an effort. The Project Administrator will be bound by the applicable provisions designed to protect any confidential information of all motor vehicle owners, including but not limited to the Driver Privacy Protection Act of 1994, and all similar state laws protecting the confidential information of vehicle owners.
