Common use of Project Administrator Clause in Contracts

Project Administrator. The Project Administrator shall be responsible for coordinating the work of the CONTRACTOR, for providing any necessary information for Page 6 – General Services Agreement, Non-Public Work City of Xxxxxxx, standard form and direction of the CONTRACTOR's work in order to ensure that it meets the requirements of this Agreement, and for reviewing, monitoring and approving the quality and quantity of such work. The CONTRACTOR shall report to and take any necessary direction from the Project Administrator.
