Project Approvals Action Plan. 3.3.1. Contractor shall confer with Contract Administrator and Consultant to jointly develop a “Project Approvals Action Plan” for obtaining all site plan approvals, development orders, permits, licenses and other approvals from all agencies with jurisdiction over the project.
