Project Authorisations. Any authorisation required by the Project Company in order to carry on its business:
Project Authorisations. (1) the Authorisations necessary for the development and operation of the Project are in place, except for any which as a matter of law or Good Industry Practice cannot or should not reasonably be obtained until shortly before the events to which they relate occur where those events are not imminent, and it has no reason to believe that those Authorisations which are not presently held will not be obtained at the appropriate time in the future; and
Project Authorisations. The Borrower shall, and (if applicable) each O&M Contractor, shall obtain, and maintain in full force and effect, each Project Authorisation necessary:
Project Authorisations evidence that all Authorisations have been obtained in connection with the development, construction and operation of the Project, including all Environmental Approvals;
Project Authorisations evidence that all Authorisations necessary as at the date of this agreement have been obtained in connection with the development, construction and operation of the Project, including all Environmental Approvals and evidence that all Authorisations have been obtained in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Documents;
Project Authorisations evidence that all Authorisations necessary to conduct the activities contemplated by the Cashflow Model as at the date of this agreement have been obtained in connection with the development, construction and operation of the Project, including all Environmental Approvals and evidence that all Authorisations have been obtained in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Documents;
Project Authorisations. 25.6 The Borrower and, prior to Final Project Completion, the Parent shall, and the Borrower shall procure that each other Major Project Party shall, as applicable, obtain and maintain in full force and effect, each Project Authorisation (including all Mining Rights) necessary:
Project Authorisations. All Project Authorisations have been obtained or effected and are in full force and effect and there are no circumstances which may result in any Project Authorisation being revoked, cancelled, not renewed or varied in whole or in part.
