Project Cancelation. PJM may cancel a SAA Project(s) or any transmission upgrades associated with a SAA Project(s), with concurrence from the NJ BPU, in the event PJM determines the transmission upgrade(s) is no longer needed to resolve identified system needs or New Jersey’s Public Policy Goals.
