Project Cessation Provisions. ♦ Upon completion of the Construction Documents Phase, the DISTRICT shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon written notice of termination to ARCHITECT under the terms of this Agreement. In this case, the DISTRICT shall pay the ARCHITECT only the fee associated with the services provided through the Construction Documents Phase. ♦ Upon completion and review of the Construction Documents Phase deliverables, ARCHITECT shall neither perform nor charge for further work unless and until the DISTRICT has approved the Construction Documents Phase as complete and has given a written Notice To Proceed to ARCHITECT for the Bidding Phase.
