Project Co Permits Sample Clauses

Project Co Permits. Except for the BC Hydro Permits, Project Co is responsible for and shall obtain all other Permits, including the Tailrace PUP, to perform the Project Work, including any Permits that Project Co may require to perform Project Co’s environmental obligations.
