Common use of Project Commissioning Plan Clause in Contracts

Project Commissioning Plan. Pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Agreement, Contractor shall prepare and provide to Owner a detailed Project Commissioning Plan one hundred eighty (180) Days prior to RFSU. Contractor shall submit the Project Commissioning Plan, which shall include plans for pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up. The Project Commissioning Plan shall address utilization of Owner’s operation and maintenance personnel and Contractor’s personnel during commissioning and conduct of the Performance Tests and Contractor shall incorporate Owner’s reasonable input regarding interface and impact to the Existing Facility. The manual will include procedures that will at a minimum address the activities described in Sections 5.0 and 7.0.
