Common use of Project Compliance Clause in Contracts

Project Compliance. The Subrecipient agrees to ensure that the Project will effectively protect water quality, employ good management practices and fulfill all federal and State requirements, and all requirements of this Subaward. Upon request by the County, the Subrecipient shall promptly provide the County, with evidence of its, and its authorized representatives, contractors, subcontractors and consultants paid with funds provided pursuant to this Subaward, compliance with all applicable federal, State and local laws, statutes, regulations, ordinances, and rules, applicable to it and them.
