Owner will provide comments within ten (10) Business Days. The Project Controls Plan shall detail the procedures to be used by Contractor to maintain the scheduling, control, progress, Change Order control, and reporting of all activities required to ensure that Substantial Completion of each Subproject is achieved by the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date of such Subproject.
