Common use of Project Coordination Clause in Contracts

Project Coordination. This task will consist of overall project management including meetings and coordination with the Commission’s Chief Engineer, the Commission’s Engineering Department, subconsultants, subcontractors and preparation of progress reports. • An initial kick-off meeting will be held prior to the commencement of work. A total of three (3) additional Final Design meetings with the Commission are anticipated. Coordination and support will be maintained with all technical disciplines throughout the project. • The design schedule included with this proposal will be refined and updated. • Technical reviews of other disciplines work will be performed as required. • QA/QC reviews will be performed for all submissions. • Memorandums will be prepared for distribution. • Prepare and solicit M&PT subcontract for traffic control during surveying and geotechnical investigation.
