Project Delivery Standards. The Members will develop a set of mutually agreed project delivery standards (the “Project Delivery Standards”). Upon approval of the Board, the Project Delivery Standards will be adopted as the Project Delivery Standards of the Company and included in the Manual of Technical Design, HSSE and Operating Standards for the Company. The Company will utilize these Project Delivery Standards in the design and construction of the ELC Facilities, and the Company will require the Operator to utilize the Project Delivery Standards in the operation of the ELC Facilities.
