Project Development Schedule. Updated and formatted as a preliminary construction schedule reflecting continued Project development and illustrating anticipated schedules for all subsequent project activities including permitting and submittal coordination with all agencies having jurisdiction on the Project, project phasing, site mobilization, temporary facilities, general construction sequencing, anticipated substantial completion dates, Owner occupancy, mid all other significant Project events. Format updated schedule as a Xxxx Chart type schedule with mile stones.
Project Development Schedule. Attached hereto as Exhibit B is the Project Development Schedule, including proposed dates for performance of certain milestones.
Project Development Schedule. During the Research and Development Period, the Project Team shall conduct Project Development on behalf of SIGMA in accordance with the plan and schedule mutually agreed to by the parties hereto and attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Project Development Schedule. A Project Development Schedule containing a detailed list of development-related milestones ("Project Milestones"), and dates for the achievement of such milestones ("Project Milestone Dates"), is attached to this Rider as Attachment C (the "Project Development Schedule"). Landlord shall use commercially reasonable and diligent efforts to cause the Project Milestones to be achieved by the respective Project Milestone Dates, subject to Force Majeure and Tenant Delays.
Project Development Schedule. Section 5-10-10(C)3 XXXX 0000 ---------------------------- requires the lease to establish a schedule for project development and completion, including measurable goals and time limits for those goals. In addition, Section 10(A)(4) of the Plan requires a schedule for project development and goal attainment. The Tenant will construct two greenhouses of approximately 20 acres each as provided on attached Exhibit B, a packing house --------- between the two greenhouses and various parking and administrative facilities. As provided in Section 10 of this Lease, the Tenant will start construction on the first greenhouse on or about June 15, 1998 and will complete construction on the first greenhouse no later than June 15, 1999. The Tenant will possess, occupy and start the conduct of the business of the Tenant in the first greenhouse on or before March 15, 1999. The Tenant will begin construction on the second greenhouse on or before June 15, 2002, and will complete construction on the second greenhouse no later than June 15, 2003. The Tenant will possess, occupy and start the conduct of the business of the Tenant in the second greenhouse on or before March 15, 2003.
Project Development Schedule. Within a reasonable period of time following Closing, the Company shall commence, or cause to be commenced, and shall promptly thereafter diligently prosecute to completion the construction and installation of the Project Improvements in accordance with the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B (the “Project Development Schedule”). The parties hereto recognize and agree that market and other conditions may affect the Project Development Schedule, and that the Project Development Schedule may be subject to change or modification. In the event that (i) delays in the initial financing of the Project, or (ii) delays caused by modifications to the plans and specifications for the Project Improvements require a modification of the Project Development Schedule, then the Company may extend, without requiring the approval of the City, the Development Schedule by the period of such delay (provided that all such delays shall not exceed six months in the aggregate and further provided that the Company shall provide notice to the City of any such delay). All other changes or modifications to the Project Development Schedule shall require the prior approval of the City Administrator, which shall not be unreasonably conditioned or denied. In the event the Company requests any modification of or change to the Project Development Schedule and such modification or change requires the approval of the City Administrator, then the City Administrator shall provide notice of his approval or disapproval of such change or modification to the Project Development Schedule within ten
Project Development Schedule. The Engineer will prepare a Project Development Schedule. This schedule will be developed from the notice to proceed with work through final record drawings. The schedule will be monitored, by the Engineer, throughout Project development. It will be provided, as well as any updates, to the Owner and each Project Team member as a part of the Work Plan identified in (1). The schedule will identify all major milestones and Project deliverables. The Engineer will inform the Owner (in reasonable advance of the delay) should the Engineer encounter delays that would prevent the performance of all work in accordance with the established schedule.

Project Development Schedule. At the time of the signing of this Agreement, the expected Commercial Operation Date for the Summer Period 2002 is June 1, 20012002. Prior to Owner’s demonstration of the Generating Facility’s Contracted Capability under Section 3.3, each month by the 10th day of the Month (or the next Business Day if the 10th day is not a Business Day) Owner shall provide the ISO with a written report of its Generating Facility development activities during the preceding month. Each such monthly report shall describe Owner’s progress with respect to each milestone activity specified in the Project Development Schedule, including the milestones completed that month, and shall identify any event or circumstance that will adversely affect, or may reasonably be expected to adversely affect, Owner’s ability to successfully complete the activity by the associated milestone completion date.
