Project Expansion Modification Sample Clauses
The PROJECT EXPANSION/MODIFICATION clause defines the process and conditions under which the scope of a project may be altered after the initial agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how either party can propose changes, the procedures for evaluating the impact on timelines and costs, and the requirement for written approval before any modifications take effect. Its core function is to provide a structured and mutually agreed-upon method for handling changes, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring that both parties are aware of and consent to any adjustments in project scope or deliverables.
