Project Insurance Requirements. Subrecipient, Developer, and/or Contractor shall display evidence, as applicable for the relevant Approved Project, of the following on a certificate of insurance evidencing the below coverages. No work shall be commenced on any Approved Project prior to such coverages being in effect and the required certificate(s) have been provided to the Department.
