Project Lines. Construction Manager will be responsible for the accuracy of the Project lines and levels. Construction Manager will compare carefully the levels shown on the Drawings with Contract Documents provided by the Owner and will call any discrepancies to the attention of Owner in writing before proceeding with the Work. The Work will be erected square, plumb, level, true to line and grade, in the exact plane and to the correct elevation and/or sloped to drain as indicated and/or as necessary to drain within standard construction practices and tolerances.
