PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT. The Contractor will apply PMI (Project Management Institute’s PMBOK) principles to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of the Solution, while meeting all of the Requirements in this Contract. The State will approve all project management methods and tools used during the project. These project management methods and tools are considered project deliverables. KEY PROJECT STAFF Contractor will perform and support the Services consistent with this Contract and the Solution Requirements. Contractor Personnel will be properly educated, trained and qualified for the Services they are to perform and Contractor will put appropriate training in place to meet initial and ongoing training requirements of Contractor Personnel assigned to perform Services. Contractor shall be responsible, at its own cost and expense, for any and all recruitment, hiring, Contractor-specific training, education and orientation for all Contractor Personnel assigned or to be assigned to perform Services or support the Requirements. All Contractor Personnel, in addition to any Contractor security policies and procedures, shall be required to comply with the security requirements in this Contract Contractor shall conduct its hiring process in compliance with all applicable Federal and State laws to include, but not be limited to, anti-discrimination laws.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT. CONSULTANT to provide Construction Observation Services during the construction of the project. The services are as listed below. CONSULTANT will assign a Project Manager (PM) to the project to oversee the administration of the construction progress. Primary responsibilities of the PM will be to review the progress of the project construction and monitor construction activities. This may include site visits, as determined by CONSULTANT and CLIENT. A total of three (3) site visits are anticipated for, and included in, this Scope of Services. The PM will provide the following services as applicable:
a. Monitor construction activities to obtain compliance with plans and specifications.
b. Review and provide comment on project compliance issues for quality control testing performed by the Contractor.
c. Supervise and coordinate subconsultant contracts for field inspection and testing (if applicable).
d. Attend one (1) preconstruction conference and progress meetings onsite every week.
e. Review weekly progress reports.
f. Review pay estimates and provide an explanation of variation between the contract and pay quantities.
g. Review payroll reports and monitor Contractor’s compliance with paying employees, per the Xxxxx- Xxxxx Act requirements.
h. Prepare change orders.
i. Meet with the CLIENT for consultation and advice during construction, as needed.
j. Assist CLIENT with the preparation of reimbursement requests and quarterly updates from grant projects.
k. Monitor that testing required by the specifications is performed, and review materials reports prepared in accordance with the Contract Documents and / or the Construction Management Plan.
l. Monitor Contractor’s compliance with Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program and prepare annual reporting for project (if applicable).

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT. Within the OECD/UNDP Joint Support Team (JST), UNDP Effectiveness Group is responsible for the overall effective implementation of UNDP’s JST support to the Global Partnership, in addition to substantive and technical support to country-led Action Dialogues, the implementation of the monitoring reforms with the OECD’s JST support, as well as for maintaining the Global Partnership KSP, website and social media profiles and implementing strategies to increase usage of these online platforms. The proposed activities will be implemented by UNDP JST project team, which will work closely across members of the OECD/UNDP Joint Support Team. The UNDP JST project team will also draw on policy and programme expertise of UNDP Country Offices and regional hubs, in coordination with relevant UNDP policy teams. This approach will ensure cost efficient and effectiveness in implementing the Action and the proposed activities. The overall project management will be undertaken led by the Effectiveness Group, UNDP/Bureau for Policy and Programme Support in line with UNDP policy and procedures. As the proposed Action is an integral part of the OECD/UNDP Joint Support Team’s institutional support function for the Global Partnership and the implementation of the 2020-2022 Work Programme, the Global Partnership Steering Committee led by the Co-Chairs of the Global Partnership will provide the oversight of the 2020-2022 Work Programme, which will further inform the overall direction of the proposed Action.
