Common use of Project Material copies Clause in Contracts

Project Material copies. On termination or expiry of this Agreement, or earlier if requested by the Department, the Recipient must promptly deliver a copy of all Project Material then in existence to the Department in an agreed format, or as otherwise directed by the Department.
