Common use of Project Milestone-II Clause in Contracts

Project Milestone-II. 2.1 Project Milestone-II shall occur on or before 6 (six) months from the Appointed Date (the “Project Milestone-II”) upon completion of 25% of civil construction works 2.2 Prior to the occurrence of Project Milestone-II, the Contractor shall have completed building civil construction framing works upto terrace floor including headroom, fluid structure foundation and approval of all shop drawings and technical submittals.
