Project Partial Termination Purchase Price Adjustment. If this Agreement is partially terminated pursuant to Section 9.3 with respect to any Project prior to the Closing Date, then the Aggregate Purchase Price payable pursuant to Section 2.3 shall be automatically reduced in an amount equal to the Project Purchase Price for each such Project set forth on the Project Allocation Schedule (including any other adjustments related thereto).
