Project Participants. Corvus shall be solely responsible for the performance and conduct of the Project Participants, including monitoring the conduct of the Study at the Participating Sites. Corvus shall be solely responsible for negotiating and executing the necessary agreements with all Project Participants. In no event shall any agreement with a Project Participant represent that any member of the Roche Group is a Sponsor or is otherwise responsible for the Study.
Project Participants. Each notice to Pictometry identifying a potential Project Participant shall include a detailed description of the scope and nature of the Project Participants’ planned work and the intended use of the Delivered Content in such work. Pictometry retains the right to restrict or revoke access to Delivered Content by any Project Participant who does not comply with the terms of the Delivered Content Terms and Conditions.
Project Participants. Indicate the entities responsible for the following project management activities and provide a detailed description of the experience and capabilities of the entities: * Project Development * Siting and Licensing the Facility * Designing the Facility * Constructing the Facility * Securing the Fuel Supply * Operating the Facility • Provide details on all electrical facilities which are currently under construction or operational which were developed by the RF/QF. • Describe the financing structure for the projects identified above, including the type of financing used, the permanent financing term, the major lenders and the percentage of equity invested at Financial Closing.
Project Participants. Tenant covenants to inform Landlord whenever the identity of a Project Participant is first identified or changes. All Project Participants shall be subject to the reasonable approval of Landlord, in accordance with the requirements set forth in this Section 30.5(b) and in Article I hereof in respect of permissible Project Participants. Tenant shall not at any time be a Person that is not a Permitted Developer; provided, however, that Landlord hereby approves Tenant and Tenant’s Control Affiliates (as constituted on the date hereof) as permissible Project Participants.
Project Participants. 4.1. We will agree with you on who is going to be involved in the Project and we will list these people, or their general job roles or titles, in each Service Order Form (the “Project Participants”). Our team, for whom we are responsible in relation to a Project, form the Project Team and we will often also work with your representatives on a Project. Together, those people form the “Project Participants”.
4.2. The Project Participants, whether that’s our employees or contractors (who are part of our “Project Team”) or yours as the Customer, will work with reasonable skill and care and shall be suitably skilled and qualified for the task they are allocated to perform. Where we don’t specify a certain level of qualification or similar requirement we may both assume certain skill levels in accordance with Good Industry Practice. This is an important assumption we have to be able to make and rely on in relation to any third party whom you direct or ask us to work with from time to time.
4.3. The parties each acknowledge and agree that:
4.3.1. the respective roles and responsibilities, level of dedication to the Project and (where appropriate) criteria concerning requisite skills, experience and qualifications of the Project Participants should be agreed at the outset as part of the initial Service Order Form; and
4.3.2. timely and successful Project Completion may be facilitated by continuity of personnel in their roles as Project Participants, but we as the Supplier may, where reasonable, replace Project Team members from time to time during the Project Term. We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure the continuity of at least one person with prior knowledge of your business where applicable.
4.4. Good communication is always important, and any Project Participant shall respond to any queries or reasonable requests for information from any other Project Participant as soon as reasonably possible.
Project Participants. The Customer undertakes to make its own project participants and other relevant parties with the necessary knowledge and competencies available at the agreed times and to the agreed extent. The Customer is responsible for the management and coordination of all the Customer’s project participants, including for their communication with the Agency.

Project Participants. Project Participants. (a) Subject to a Project proceeding as described in clause 13.5(b), the Participants who elect to participate in a Project, which proceeds as a Project of the KRG, are the Project Participants in respect of that Project.
(b) For a Project to be considered a Project of the KRG and to proceed in accordance with this agreement, it must have not less than three contributing Participants. If there are two contributing Participants, those Participants may elect to implement the Project independently of this agreement and the KRG.
