Project Participants. Each notice to Pictometry identifying a potential Project Participant shall include a detailed description of the scope and nature of the Project Participants’ planned work and the intended use of the Delivered Content in such work. Pictometry retains the right to restrict or revoke access to Delivered Content by any Project Participant who does not comply with the terms of the Delivered Content Terms and Conditions.

Project Participants. Subject to clause 10.2, each Project Participant has a non-exclusive royalty-free right to use the Project IP for the purpose of undertaking the Project in accordance with this Agreement.
Project Participants. 4.1. We will agree with you on who is going to be involved in the Project and we will list these people, or their general job roles or titles, in each Service Order Form (the “Project Participants”). Our team, for whom we are responsible in relation to a Project, form the Project Team and we will often also work with your representatives on a Project. Together, those people form the “Project Participants”. 4.2. The Project Participants, whether that’s our employees or contractors (who are part of our “Project Team”) or yours as the Customer, will work with reasonable skill and care and shall be suitably skilled and qualified for the task they are allocated to perform. Where we don’t specify a certain level of qualification or similar requirement we may both assume certain skill levels in accordance with Good Industry Practice. This is an important assumption we have to be able to make and rely on in relation to any third party whom you direct or ask us to work with from time to time. 4.3. The parties each acknowledge and agree that: 4.3.1. the respective roles and responsibilities, level of dedication to the Project and (where appropriate) criteria concerning requisite skills, experience and qualifications of the Project Participants should be agreed at the outset as part of the initial Service Order Form; and 4.3.2. timely and successful Project Completion may be facilitated by continuity of personnel in their roles as Project Participants, but we as the Supplier may, where reasonable, replace Project Team members from time to time during the Project Term. We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure the continuity of at least one person with prior knowledge of your business where applicable. 4.4. Good communication is always important, and any Project Participant shall respond to any queries or reasonable requests for information from any other Project Participant as soon as reasonably possible.
Project Participants. The Customer undertakes to make its own project participants and other relevant parties with the necessary knowledge and competencies available at the agreed times and to the agreed extent. The Customer is responsible for the management and coordination of all the Customer’s project participants, including for their communication with the Agency.
