Online Services. Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

Online Services. For Online Services identified as eligible for true-up in the Product Terms, Enrolled Affiliate may place a reservation order for the additional Licenses prior to use and payment may be deferred until the next true-up order. Microsoft will provide a report of Reserved Licenses ordered but not yet invoiced to Enrolled Affiliate and its Reseller. Reserved Licenses will be invoiced retrospectively to the month in which they were ordered.
Online Services. For Online Services, the Use Rights in effect on the subscription start date will apply for the subscription term as defined in the Product Terms.

The on-line systems, described below, shall be available at least 23 hours a day, Monday – Friday (subject to Section B(3) of the KPI Document) provided further that the potential daily downtime shall not occur during normal business hours. (a) Provide availability to “Issuer Online,” which provides access to Customer and Shareholder information administered by Computershare, which permits data management including accessing standard reports such as Top 10 - 200 Shareholder lists, submitting real-time inquiries such as an issued capital query, and reporting by holding range.
(b) Provide availability to “Investor Centre,” which provides Shareholder Account information, transaction capabilities, downloadable forms and FAQs.
(c) Provide on-demand reporting to allow Customer to generate non-standard reports.
Online Services. We warrant that the Online Services will meet the terms of the SLA during the Term. Your only remedies for breach of this warranty are those in the SLA.
Online Services. For Online Services, Microsoft’s maximum liability to Enrolled Affiliate for any incident giving rise to a claim will not exceed the amount Enrolled Affiliate paid for the Online Service during the 12 months before the incident.
Online Services a. This Agreement permits you to access certain services through Aspiration’s website(s) and mobile application (“Online Services”). You understand that Online Services may be governed by other terms and conditions, including, without limitation, the Schedules set forth herein, the Platform Policies, the User Terms, and our Privacy Policies, all of which supplement this Agreement.
b. You acknowledge and agree that we may monitor and record your use of its website and any communications between us and you that occur over the Internet or any other network, including telephone, cable and wireless networks, and that it may use the resulting information for internal purposes or as may be required by applicable laws . Any such monitoring and recording will be carried out consistent with Aspiration’s Privacy Policy and the Bank’s Privacy Policy.
c. We are not responsible for any computer virus, problems or malfunctions resulting from a computer virus, or related problems that may be associated with accessing the Internet or the Online Services. We recommend that you routinely update your virus software, apply all security
d. You authorize us to follow any instructions entered through the Online Services notwithstanding any dual or multiple signature requirement identified in documentation relating to your Account. You agree and intend that the authorization of transactions through the Online Services shall be considered the same as your written signature in authorizing us to perform any actions relating to the transactions requested. You also agree that use of your password is the agreed security procedure to access the Online Services and that such security procedure is commercially reasonable. You agree to keep your password confidential, to prevent unauthorized access to your Account, and to prevent unauthorized use of the Online Services. You agree not to give your password or make it available to any person or entity who is not authorized to access your Account for the purpose of performing the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or who intends or may use the Online Services for the purpose of accessing and compiling account data for such person’s or entity’s own commercial gain. Online Services. Customer recognizes that Customer’s data may be transferred to, or stored in any country. In the event of export, Customer shall be deemed the exporter of Controlled Data and shall be responsible for compliance with all Export Control Regulations applicable to its data. Customer shall ensure that all users under the Agreement abstain from processing, storing or uploading any Controlled Data on its data sharing environment.
