Project Performance Standard. Each Party acknowledges and agrees that it shall perform all of its obligations under, and observe all provisions of, this Agreement in accordance with Applicable Law, the Regulatory Approvals, and Prudent Practices.
Project Performance Standard. 2.6.1 NWMO shall perform all of its obligations under, and observe all provisions of, this Agreement and construct, operate and monitor the Project in accordance with Applicable Law, the Regulatory Approvals, decisions of any Governmental Authority in respect of the Project and Prudent Practices.
