Project Permit Requirements Sample Clauses

Project Permit Requirements. (a) The Consultant shall review the permits already obtained, and identify all relevant licenses, permits and authority approvals required to implement the Project. (b) The Consultant shall assist the Client to engage and liaise with relevant authorities in order to obtain all necessary approvals and permits required by the applicable laws and regulations of B and shall assist the Client in connection with the Client's responsibility for filing documents as required.
Project Permit Requirements. Tenant acknowledges that the Property is and shall be subject to the Master Plan Permits, including without limitation, the requirements of the parking and transportation demand management plan from time to time required by the City of Cambridge for the Property under the applicable Master Plan Permits (as more particularly described in Exhibit C and Exhibit E-3, the “PTDM Plan”). During the Term, Tenant shall comply with the requirements of the PTDM Plan and other Master Plan Permits to the extent applicable to Tenant’s on-going use and occupancy of the Premises and Tenant’s Appurtenant Areas under this Lease. In furtherance thereof, Tenant shall, from time to time within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s written request, provide to Landlord all pertinent information reasonably requested regarding the status of Tenant’s compliance with such requirements, together with such information about Tenant’s operations at the Premises as may be reasonably requested from time to time by Landlord or the Project Developer to comply with applicable reporting obligations thereunder (as more particularly described in Exhibit E-3) or in connection with any proposed review or modification thereof, or as may otherwise be requested from time to time by the applicable governmental agency with respect to any such matters.
