Project Planning Support. Lenovo will work with HCBOE to develop an efficient deployment and redeployment, including plans, schedules, validation of delivery schedules one week in advance, and contact two days before delivery and installation to confirm the deployment sites and their readiness to dispense the devices to students. The term “installation services”, for HCBOE, consists of the delivery of the Lenovo computers to designated location(s), connecting devices to the network and proper domains, and boot testing before devices are disseminated to students.
