He has been responsible for resource assignments, quality assurance/control, scheduling and budgeting. He has coordinated and directed the work activities of all project team members, including sub consultants in fields such as surveying and right-of-way mapping, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, traffic engineering, public involvement, landscape architecture and aerial photography.
