Project Quality. The purpose of this section is to: (1) summarize the Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities during the previous month (reporting period), and (2) highlight any significant items identified as being deficient in quality. Deficient items noted should be accompanied by reasons and specifics concerning the deficiencies, and corrective actions taken or planned. In addition, the agency or firm responsible for the corrective action should be documented. Planned corrective actions should then be included as Action Items/Outstanding Issues.

Project Quality. As consideration for the Authority’s obligation to pay the Developer the Public Improvement Contribution Amount, the Developer agrees to construct the Project to the standard of quality described in this paragraph. The Developer, the County and the Authority recognize the difficulty in defining an objective standard of quality for a retail development project. Recognizing this limitation, the Developer agrees to construct and maintain the Project (or cause the Project to be constructed and maintained) in a manner and quality (including landscaping and amenities) that is consistent with the pad development guidelines, lighting plan, elevations, landscaping plans, signage guidelines, and maintenance standards attached hereto as Exhibit “D.” Developer shall construct and maintain the Project in accordance with the Conceptual Site Plan, all County requirements for approvals and permits, and the additional provisions shown as Exhibit “D”.
Project Quality. 15.1 The quality of the project shall meet the requirement stipulated in this Contract. The subdivisions of the project shall meet 100% of the requirements the standards for acceptance of the construction. These subdivisions include the infrastructure, structure, pipelines, electronics, and other major construction subdivisions. The installation standard and rules for the equipment imported from abroad shall comply with the relevant requirements in the drawings of the foreign party and the foreign rules and standards. If the drawings of the foreign party or the foreign rules and standards do not specify the requirements, the domestic rules and standards shall be applied and any special technical requirement shall be implemented in accordance with the Technical Specifications portion of this Contract.
Project Quality. 15.1 The construction of the Project shall meet the quality standards as agreed in the Agreement. The quality evaluation standards shall be based on the national or industrial quality inspection and evaluation standards. If the quality of the Project fails to meet the standards as agreed due to a reason that is attributable to the Contractor, the Contractor shall assume the Default Liability.
Project Quality. 1. Party B shall strictly follow all kinds of relevant rules, specifications, standards and requirements for construction etc. promulgated by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and guarantee that the quality of this project will meet Party A’s standards.
Project Quality. As an incentive to encourage Party B to deliver an excellent project, Party A shall, in accordance with relevant rules and documents of the State, grant to Party B a 3% or 5% bonus (the "Bonus") based on the total project cost, if the Project shall be checked and accepted as excellent by the quality inspection departments. The Bonus shall be included in the settlement upon completion.
