Project Quality. 1. Party B shall strictly follow all kinds of relevant rules, specifications, standards and requirements for construction etc. promulgated by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and guarantee that the quality of this project will meet Party A’s standards.
2. All concealed works of Party B during construction shall be endorsed by Party A before concealment; otherwise Party A is entitled to ask for inspection of the concealed works at any time. All expenses arising therefrom shall be borne by Party B, and the construction period delayed thereby will not be extended accordingly.
3. In case that rework is needed due to the nonconforming quality of this project, all expenses arising therefrom shall be borne by Party B, and Party B shall still compensate Party A all losses suffered therefrom.
4. The project warranty period is 12 months as of the completion date of this project, Party B shall be responsible for repairing all quality issues occurring during such period for free, and Party B shall still compensate Party A all losses suffered therefrom.
Project Quality. The CONTRACTOR shall develop and submit a Quality Management Plan (QMP) in accordance with the specifications herein, and OWNER’s quality policy, for review and comment three
Project Quality. 15.1 The construction of the Project shall meet the quality standards as agreed in the Agreement. The quality evaluation standards shall be based on the national or industrial quality inspection and evaluation standards. If the quality of the Project fails to meet the standards as agreed due to a reason that is attributable to the Contractor, the Contractor shall assume the Default Liability.
15.2 In case of any dispute between the parties in respect of the Project quality, such dispute shall be evaluated by a project quality inspection organization as agreed by the parties. The Costs required and losses caused thereby shall be assumed by the liable party. If the parties are both liable, they shall assume the liabilities of their own respectively.
Project Quality. As an incentive to encourage Party B to deliver an excellent project, Party A shall, in accordance with relevant rules and documents of the State, grant to Party B a 3% or 5% bonus (the "Bonus") based on the total project cost, if the Project shall be checked and accepted as excellent by the quality inspection departments. The Bonus shall be included in the settlement upon completion.
Project Quality. The quality of the bulk purchasing residential apartment, which Party A provide to Party B ,should meet national related construction and quality standards.

Section 7. The actual position of the well should be within 3 meters of the designed position. If the position has to be moved, it has to be approved.

Project Quality. The Design‐Builder shall submit a monthly report on Project Quality by the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following the end of the month being reported. The purpose of this report is to:
(1) summarize the Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities during the previous month, and
(2) highlight any significant items identified as being deficient in quality. Deficient items noted should be accompanied by reasons and specifics concerning the deficiencies, and corrective actions taken or planned. In addition, the agency or firm responsible for the corrective action should be documented. The Project Quality reports shall be discussed at the quarterly status meetings required by Section I. d above and planned corrective actions should be included as Action Items/Outstanding Issues.
Project Quality. 15.1 The quality of the project shall meet the requirement stipulated in this Contract. The subdivisions of the project shall meet 100% of the requirements the standards for acceptance of the construction. These subdivisions include the infrastructure, structure, pipelines, electronics, and other major construction subdivisions. The installation standard and rules for the equipment imported from abroad shall comply with the relevant requirements in the drawings of the foreign party and the foreign rules and standards. If the drawings of the foreign party or the foreign rules and standards do not specify the requirements, the domestic rules and standards shall be applied and any special technical requirement shall be implemented in accordance with the Technical Specifications portion of this Contract.
15.2 Any dispute of the Parties concerning the quality of the project shall be subject to assessment by Supervision Office of Construction Project Quality, Jiangxia District, Wuhan. Any costs and losses incurred shall be borne by the liable Party. If both Parties are liable, such costs and losses shall be borne by the Parties according to their respective liabilities.
15.3 The Contractor shall, according to the bidding documentation, establish quality control measures and reward and discipline systems for each unit and process of the project, and the Contractor shall recruit quality management personnel with Grade Three qualifications to complete a quality management system.
15.4 The Contractor shall establish specific measures and operation schemes to ensure that the quality of the key equipment and process of the project has met the standard of excellence.
15.5 The Contractor shall establish prevention, handling, and control measures against common defects of prior construction projects and submit such measures in writing to the Owner.
Project Quality. The external design of the buildings must be of a high architectural quality, having an attractive, enduring aesthetic appeal and displaying attention to detail. The interior design must: • Create a vibrant, active library and community spaces for all ages and groups. • Allow for maximum flexibility and multi-use of internal floor spaces. • Allow for security and after-hours zoning of component facilities and sub-parts. • Obtain certification of a suitable sustainability rating tool such as Green Star for the Council’s Community Hub fitout and operation to a standard that is in alignment with the top 15% of similar buildings & centres in the Sydney metropolitan area at the time of design and construction. Note: To ensure the final fitout can meet Green Star certification the Developer is to provide warm shell spaces and orientation which facilitates that end certification • Minimise the vertical and horizontal path of travel between various parts of the building. • Minimise energy consumption and reduce centre utility operating costs. • Incorporate new technologies and opportunities based on industry best practice. • Have daylight access to all spaces and views to open space
