INSPECTION PROCEDURE. All references to Airbus in this Schedule 8, are made in relation to its capacity as the authorised representative of the Buyer. All references to “Seller” in this Schedule 8 shall be deemed to refer to LAN Airlines S.A. (even if LAN Airlines S.A. is not the seller). Airbus shall cover the costs of its personnel during the Pre-Recovery Inspection and the Delivery Inspection.
INSPECTION PROCEDURE. A. Purchaser acknowledges that Purchaser is buying and shall accept possession of the Unit and all other appurtenances to the Unit and the personal property and fixtures thereof being sold under this Contract in an “AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS” condition. Purchaser acknowledges that Purchaser has inspected the Unit and all other appurtenances to the Unit and the personal property and fixtures thereof being sold under this Contract and have found the condition thereof to be acceptable and to Purchaser’s satisfaction contemporaneously with the execution of this Contract.
INSPECTION PROCEDURE a) Tribe may randomly inspect all phases of the Contractor’s operations to ensure Contract compliance. Formal inspections include the use of systematic grids or sample plots designed to provide an unbiased sample representing 1 to 3 percent of the project area.
INSPECTION PROCEDURE. (a) Purchaser has the right to a pre-occupancy inspection of the purchased Dwelling to be made prior to the scheduled Closing. This inspection is to be made by Purchaser in Seller of a representative of Seller and/or the Contractor. Items to be corrected as mutually agreed upon are listed in an inspection report ("Inspection Report"), which is signed by Purchaser and a representative of Seller and/or the Contractor.
INSPECTION PROCEDURE. Purchaser shall make Purchaser's Inspections in good faith, with due diligence, and at Purchaser's sole risk. All inspection fees, wetlands determinations, environmental studies, appraisal fees, engineering fees and other expenses of any kind incurred by Purchaser relating to Purchaser's Inspections will be solely Purchaser's expense except as set forth in Sections 8.2 and 8.3. Seller shall cooperate with Purchaser in all reasonable respects in making Purchaser's Inspections. Purchaser shall notify Seller not less than one (1) Business Day in advance of making any of Purchaser's Inspections. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Seller and its employees harmless, to the extent permitted by Governmental Authority and Governmental Regulation, from any and all Claims sustained by Seller which arise out of the Purchaser's Inspections and to pay the cost of repair for any damage to the Property in connection with any of Purchaser's Inspection by or on behalf of Purchaser.
INSPECTION PROCEDURE. Buyer shall have the right and Buyer responsibility to review and inspect all aspects of the Initials Property in accordance with the attached "Lot/Land Special Stipulations Exhibit" which is made a part hereof. OR

OR [ ] B. PROPERTY SOLD "AS IS." All parties agree that the Buyer's Property is being sold "as is," with all faults. The Seller Initials shall have no obligation for repairs or replacements noted in any inspection(s) made by or for Buyer, except as may be otherwise required herein. Such repairs or replacements shall be the sole responsibility of Buyer.
INSPECTION PROCEDURE. 1. Before the start of the delivery the User will indicate to the Concierge the adjacent common areas that will be used during the delivery.
