Project Quality Plan. Contractor shall produce a detailed Project-specific quality assurance and inspection plan (“Project Quality Plan”) for Review by Owner within sixty (60) Days after Notice to Proceed. The Project Quality Plan shall define the Contractor organization and responsibilities of the quality management group personnel and shall detail the procedures the Contractor intends to use to manage and control those aspects of the Work which may affect the quality of the completed Project. The Project Quality Plan shall meet the requirements of Section 3.18 of the Agreement, may be based on Contractor’s standard quality assurance procedures, and shall, at a minimum, cover the following information:
a. Project quality policy;
b. Project quality objectives;
c. Management responsibilities and duties of all key QA personnel;
d. Quality assurance and quality control organization;
e. A list and status of the procedures that will be employed on the Project. Program of internal, supplier, and Subcontractor audits;
f. Documentation and certification control;
g. Control of nonconforming products or processes and corrective actions;
h. Design validation;
i. Material traceability for all cryogenic materials; and
j. Witness points in accordance with Section 12.2 of the Agreement.

Project Quality Plan. Executive Summary This document is the overall project/quality plan for the Carewell project. It defines the scope of the project, and how the project is broken into specific activities. It identifies the staff resources available to complete the work, and time scales in which the activities are to be performed.
