Project Quote (NORAD Process. The following is the process to be used by Contractor to request Orders from AT&T regarding NSB and non-NSB Projects. i. AT&T will typically provide Contractor with an RF Data Sheet (RFDS) or scope of work. ii. Within ten (10) business days of receipt of the RFDS or scope of work, Contractor shall submit (via upload to NORAD or equivalent) a Project Quote to AT&T’s representative for all Work through the applicable ***** Milestone *****/***** for the Project type. iii. Such Project Quote may, if mutually agreed to by the Parties, include Drivers and scoping for Work beyond Milestone *****/*****. Upon approval AT&T will issue an Order to the Contractor based on the Project Quote via NORAD. iv. Project Quotes shall include all existing Work Authorizations (excluding taxes), along with a complete list of the applicable Drivers and associated pricing as determined by Contractor’s scoping of the Work necessary to Deliver the Project.
