Project Reporting Obligations. (1) Promptly after the Grant Completion Date and in no event later than the Grant Closeout Deadline, Grantee shall furnish the State with a final report on Xxxxxxx’s expenditure of the Grant; and (2) Grantee shall provide such additional reports as the State may reasonably request from time to time, including information or documentation that the State determines is necessary to comply with arbitrage and private use restrictions that may apply to the Bonds.
