PROJECT REPRESENTATION. The City agrees to appoint a Project Representative to assist in obtaining information from various City departments as requested by Professional and in coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the project to its completion. The Project Representative has no control over the means, methods, techniques, or procedures employed by Professional. The City is interested only in the results obtained under this contract; the manner and means of obtaining those results is solely under the Professional's control.
PROJECT REPRESENTATION. Contractor has reviewed the provisions of the Supply Contract and warrants that the combination of the Works and the Equipment are adequate so that the Permanent Works, when completed in accordance with this EPC Contract, will meet the Owner's Technical Requirements.
PROJECT REPRESENTATION. 4.1 County designates Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Routt County Facilities Manager, as its Project Manager. County reserves the right to change the Project Manager at any time by giving written notice of such change to Contractor.
4.2 Contractor designates Xxx Xxxxxxx, President as its Project Manager. County may rely upon the guidance, opinions, and recommendations provided by Xxx Xxxxxxx and Contractor’s other representatives. Should any of Contractor’s representatives, and particularly Xxx Xxxxxxx be replaced and such replacement require County or Contractor to undertake additional reevaluations, coordination, orientations, or other efforts, Contractor shall be responsible for all such additional costs and services.
PROJECT REPRESENTATION a) The Town designates [staff member]_, [staff title]_, as the responsible Town staff to provide direction to the Contractor during the conduct of the Services. The Contractor shall comply with the directions given by said Town staff and such person’s designees.
b) The Contractor designates [Contractor’s project manager’s name] as its project manager and as the principal in charge who shall be providing the Services under this Agreement. Should any of the representatives be replaced, and such replacement require the Town or the Contractor to undertake additional reevaluations, coordination, orientations, etc., the Contractor shall be fully responsible for all such additional costs and services.

5.2 The Consultant designates as its project manager and as the principal in charge who shall be providing the Services under this Agreement. The duties, responsibilities and limitations of authority of any such Resident Project Representative and assistants will be as provided in the Contract Documents. If TOWN designates another agent to represent TOWN at the site who is not ENGINEER’s agent or employee, the duties, responsibilities and limitations of authority of such other person will also be as provided in the Contract Documents.

PROJECT REPRESENTATION. At the Owner's discretion, the Owner will furnish a Resident Project Representative to assist Owner's Representative in observing the performance of the Work. The duties, responsibilities and limitations of authority of any such Resident Project Representative will be provided to the Contractor in writing.
