Common use of PROJECT REPRESENTATION Clause in Contracts

PROJECT REPRESENTATION. 4.1 County designates Xxxxx Xxxxx, YVRA Director, as its Project Manager. County reserves the right to change the Project Manager at any time by giving written notice of such change to Contractor. 4.2 Contractor designates ***TBD*** as its Project Manager. County may rely upon the guidance, opinions, and recommendations provided by ***TBD*** and Contractor’s other representatives. Should any of Contractor’s representatives, and particularly ***Contractor's Project Manager*** be replaced and such replacement require County or Contractor to undertake additional reevaluations, coordination, orientations, or other efforts, Contractor shall be responsible for all such additional costs and services.
