Common use of Project-Specific Insurance Clause in Contracts

Project-Specific Insurance. All insurance coverage required to be provided by Developer hereunder shall be purchased specifically and exclusively for the Project with coverage limits devoted solely to the Project. All such insurance coverage shall be written as new business although such new business may be under a new policy or policies of blanket insurance.
