Common use of Project Specification Clause in Contracts

Project Specification. 3.1 The Parties shall agree upon the Project Specification either before or after the Commencement Date, as set out in the Agreement. If the Project Specification is agreed prior to the date of the Agreement, it shall be attached thereto. 3.2 The Project Specification shall set out, in full, the Services required by the Customer. 3.3 Either Party may request or propose amendments to the Project Specification. Any proposed amendments must be made in writing. If either Party wishes to discuss such issues at a meeting that Party shall provide at least 48 hours’ notice of the meeting to the other Party.
